Call Charges

Critter Call offers a FREE preliminary consultation where we gather all the necessary information about your pet’s care along with arrangements for access to the property and any additional services you may require.

1. •$17 per visit* for Wellington City and surrounding suburbs, including Stratmore Park and Churton Park. Outside of these regions will incur an additional surcharge;
   

2. •$10 additional charge for a minimum 20 minute dog walk;
   

3. •Multiple visits within a day are negotiable on booking;

1. •Payments can be made by cash, cheque or direct debt via internet banking;
   

2. •If you are making a booking for seven consecutive days or longer, you will receive a 5% discount on the total booking. If you recommend someone who books a service with Critter Call for the first time, you will receive a 10% discount on your next booking.*
